Music Lessons:
We are thrilled to announce the exciting return of music lessons here at Ardrahan National School. Music plays a vital role in nurturing creativity, building teamwork, and fostering lifelong appreciation for the arts. As we open our doors to music lessons once again, we would like to share a few tips to make practising a breeze:
Set a Schedule: Find a regular time each day to practice. It could be after school, before dinner, or whenever works best for you.
Short and Sweet: Start with short practice sessions, like 15-20 minutes, and gradually increase the time as you get more comfortable.
Stay Organised: Keep your sheet music and instrument in one place so that you’re always ready to practice.
Ask for Help: If you’re struggling with a part of a song or a technique, don’t hesitate to ask your music teacher or a family member for guidance.
Celebrate Small Wins: Don’t forget to celebrate your achievements along the way. Every practice session is a step toward musical greatness!
Stay tuned for exciting events throughout the year. Let the music begin!
Music Classes
The children have started back with music classes. It is great to see the children fully engaged in music classes again this year. The aim of these music lessons is to give children a positive musical experience – which we hope is the beginning of a long musical journey with music making!
